All of the Harry Potter books are great, but some I feel are better than the others. So here is all the Harry Potter books, rated from worst to best.
The Chamber of Secrets
This book is really good, but somehow I don't like it as much as the others. I feel like there wasn't as much action and danger as the other six books. Also, the plot for me isn't as intriguing, there is less mystery and more of people just explaining things to you.
The Sorcerer's Stone
I like this book better than the Chamber of Secrets because I feel that it has more action. This book is a wonderful book, and what I also like about it is that it is interesting to hear what Harry thinks of all the characters the first time he meets them.
The Prisoner of Azkaban
What I enjoyed about this book was that Harry, who in the past two books, didn't do much advanced magic, learned a lot of new spells, like the Patronus Charm. I also liked that Hermione had something going on of her own (the Time Turner). I also liked that Harry, Hermione, and Ron all played a big part, and there wasn't just Harry doing everything, everyone did just about the same things.
The Half Blood Prince
I felt like this book was great, but some of the main characters like Ron and Hermione were less involved than the other books, and most of this book was just Harry and Dumbledore together. I liked this book though, because it does introduce more characters, like Horace Slughorn, they go into the history of people like Snape, and because they learn all about Voldemort and the horcruxes.
The Order of the Pheonix
I liked the Order of the Pheonix because it added more characters like Luna, and Ginny and Neville were more involved. But what I didn't like about it was that Harry was sort of angry for most of the book. This book also added more on eviler characters, like Bellatrix Lestrange, and it built on what the Minister of Magic, Cornelius Fudge, was like.
The Goblet of Fire
I liked the Goblet of Fire more than the other books because it introduced a lot of new characters, from all over the world, like Fleur Delacour and Victor Krum. I also liked the Triwizard Tournament, because the tasks were really interesting to read about.
The Deathly Hallows
The Deathly Hallows is my favorite Harry Potter book. It is full of adventure, and they travel to so many different places. It also shows that even seemingly "bad" people can be good sometimes, like Narcissa Malfoy. I also liked this book because it showed a "Nineteen Years Later" part, which I found very interesting.
Hopefully you enjoyed reading this and make sure to keep reading newer posts.
